An introductory course in the Art of Mentalism for Adults

Have you always wanted to learn the Art of Mentalism to amaze your family and friends? Now is your chance! Our Introductory Course in the Art of Mentalism for Adults will teach you how to perform incredible tricks, captivate audiences and master the art of mind-reading.

No experience necessary, so enroll today and start your magical journey!

The course includes in-person lessons by an experienced professional magician & mentalist as well as all the notes and equipment needed. Evening classes take place over a 5-week period, consisting of a weekly two-hour session, hosted at The College of Magic in Claremont. There is also an option to do the full course on a Sunday 10am-3pm for people who can't make the weekday evenings. 

The course covers: The Fundamentals of Mentalism (including psychology, misdirection & ethical considerations), Core Techniques & Categories, Performance Techniques, and much more! 

The course is being presented by South African Magic Champs 2023 winner and president of the Cape Magicians Circle – Alexander May.
